Before starting Green DC Realty, Michael founded a consulting practice
that focused on market growth and expansion for various environmental technology
start-up firms. His work entailed developing strategies for working with
state environmental offices and federal agency liaison communications. His
work with Enviroboard Corporation, Viridian LLC and The Stella Group Ltd
enabled him to see that market growth depended upon the overall real estate
investment sector adopting many of the key concepts as a new and expansive
market.
During his twelve-years of experience, Michael worked four of those years in
international development efforts across Eastern and Northern Europe. His work
entailed maintaining and managing Kajanu agricultural trade operations and coordinating
strategic business efforts between Finland and Russia, whereby developing viable
trade partners for discarded farm and heavy equipment. In addition two years
were spent in Peace Corps –Ukraine working with regional environmental
organizations assembling pollution prevention measures and integrating local
/ foreign environmental technologies.
His work in real estate was founded on a principle he abides by today,
the ability to afford a home can be made possible through better utility
management and respective financing.
Michael graduated from Delaware Valley College of Science and Agriculture,
Doylestown PA, with a BS in Agronomy and Environmental Science.
